Developing as a leader is a dual journey: an inward one, focused on discovery and awareness: and an outward one, focused on skill and capability. The Leader’s Voice® is at the heart of the journey and combines both the inner and outer routes to releasing your true and authentic voice: one which possesses the power of expressed values, knowledge, insight and emotion.

The External Journey
Sculptors, painters, musicians and engineers all have tools that enable them to move from intention to creation and expression. The tools we use in Leader’s Voice® support authentic expression in a similar way. These tools don’t replace true creativity and authenticity, they release it.
The Internal Journey
An always present inner voice guides most of our actions, including our speaking. This voice reflects the meaning we have put to our experiences and what we have learned from the past. A more subtle, less heard voice reflects deeply held values, beliefs and a future we are striving to create. The focus of the Internal Journey is bringing out this more subtle voice and overcoming the barriers to authentic expression represented by that first, often limiting voice.
The participants work as a learning team, giving each
other feedback, exploring issues in dialogue with each
other and coaching each other in the shaping of authentic
messages.
Over the course of the Leader's Voice®, we work with feedback, tools and insights to help bring out the Authentic Voice that resides within each and every leader and individual. The process culminates with the recording of a self-authored expression that integrates the learning gained through the process.
